What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: company, name, role, email address, country, product, expected annual volume, format, intended use and your message.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To answer your request, send documents and samples, and take steps towards an order at your request. The lawful bases are the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who receives it
The principals of ERFT. The form message passes through our website host and our email delivery provider, who process it only to deliver it to us. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after a set period. Records of orders are kept for as long as UK law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or ask us to restrict it. Write to contact@erftuk.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
