- Documents supplied before arrival.
- Quantities and formats stated in units.
- Payment on the terms agreed in writing.
ERFT asks for
Confirmed capacity, lead times, and the records ERFT needs for each consignment.
Roles we work with
Refining, laboratory analysis, packaging, bulk transport, freight and customs. Each role receives a written instruction from ERFT for each consignment.
What a clean handover means
- The instruction states the product, the quantity in units, the format and the date.
- The documents for the consignment arrive before the material does.
- Your records come back to ERFT and are filed against the consignment.
